You do realize it doesn't actually give you AIDS..

Thinking about it however, just look deeper into the gameplay. It was deigned to completely immerse you into this completely different, set with monsters/quests/diseases/etc. Gah, I'm getting the shiver just thinking about it.

I don't think I want to dedicate myself to a game like that. It will take up far too much of my time.
